2nd day of ramadhan has passed Alhamdulillah
Hope everyone is fine.
As usual we had our class going on today.
With the hot and dry weather
Nothing new today.
But.....
There's a ramadhan special delicacies in Egypt call qatayef.
The Malaysian call it Dorayaki because it looks a bit like Doraemon's favourite food.
Delicious and nice to be eaten with chocolate spread (Malaysian style). The Egyptian style is to be eaten with honey and tahinna.
