Hi dear readers I am writing again today since it's my weekends holiday. Everyone need some break after a week of hectic life as a student. Although examinations are near, I don't think it's wrong to write.
I started my post with the song Smokes Gets in Your Eyes. One of my favourite which I haven't listen to for a long time till lately I found this song suddenly appear in my external hard disk. Thanks to the person who put this song in it. I never knew there's someone here who like this type of songs too.
Come back to the main point here, what's true love for you? Is it Something here inside,Cannot be denied". Does it depends 100% to your feeling? Can you trust your feeling? Can you do your decision depending on your feeling?
There's a Malay saying ”Ikut Hati Mati Ikut Rasa Binasa” which means if you are doing your decision without thinking deeply and comparing all consequences you'll get an unwanted or bad outcome. However, how many of us think rationally before doing any decision? What I can see is a lot of people are rushing when they are doing their decision. It may not affect your life if it's just a small matter but what about big matters such as career , marriage and family? These may affect your life, your whole life.
Have you ever think properly before deciding on what course you're taking for your 1st Degree before filling any forms? Do you know that by doing the wrong decision may cost you for life? If you don't like what you are taking then how are you going to survive your working phase? I believe in doing what I love. I believe that everyone should have an ambition so that he can plan for his future. Planning is very important although sometimes what you plan aren't what you get but at least you have the effort to plan and you can see the road for you in the future. I met lots of people regretting on their decision for their 1st degree and they met difficulty in their work. However, I also believe that when there's a will, there's a way. If you aren't doing what you love, then try to love what you are doing? Sounds weird or sound no different? Think properly, there's a big different in doing what you love and to love what you are doing. Although, the outcomes may look the same but there's a big different between them. Hope this may help people who are in dilemma.
"Would you marry me?". How many of the married man out there have though deeply before saying out that sentence to the woman of your life? Was it easy to say that? Or it needs a long time to get yourself to say that? Why do I say about this? This is because according to statistic in http://www.islam.gov.my/informasi/, there's 22,289 of divorce that happen in Malaysia in the year 2008. Divorce is allowed by Islam but it is the last resort. It is not the best way to settle up a problem but if you meet a dead end, I believe that's the only. Of course, I pray to Allah so that I can stay away from this type of problem. I believe there's no one in this world who want to confront with this type of problem but why do this problem still exist? I think it's because of your 1st step, your first decision. Choosing the wrong partner or doing the decision at the wrong time , in a wrong place with a wrong person! Marriage is sweet and may be full of happiness, but problems in marriage is one of the biggest problem that may affect your life. Someone told me before, give yourself space and chance to choose the best for you. I think that's what we should do. We shouldn't rush in doing anything.
Actually, I am not intending to talk about marriage or career. Both of them are just the medium for me to tell you the main idea that I want to share which is we shouldn't rush in doing any decisions because a small mistake may affect your whole life. We must act fast but rational and not rush. A second too late may lead to a lifetime regrets. That's all for today I think. Till I see you again. Comments are most welcome.
